We can provide a monthly superbill detailing our meeting times and diagnoses as relevant for you to submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.

We recommend speaking to your insurance provider directly to confirm your benefits. Our fees are comparable to other licensed clinical psychologists in the Bay Area.

Discovery Sessions are no-pressure conversations to see if we're a good fit. You'll share what's bringing you in and what kind of support you're looking for, and we'll walk you through our approach. It's a chance to ask questions and get a feel for how we connect.
